Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking an HR Coordinator to support onboarding, orientation, recruitment, and HR operations. The role requires handling confidential information and working Wednesday-Sunday to support Solitude operations.

The position emphasizes employee experience, engagement activities, and cross-functional collaboration within the Human Resources department. Prior HR experience and proficiency in Workday are preferred.

Qualifications

• One-year HR or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in Workday or similar HR management systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding and orientation sessions to provide an exceptional employee experience.
• Coordinate employee engagement events to boost morale and participation.
• Support managers with screening, requisitions, and applicant tracking in Workday.
• Handle HR operations tasks including job requisitions, applicant management, and hiring processes.
• Assist with employee housing administration and nametag distribution.
