Job summary

Greif, a global leader in packaging solutions, seeks a Senior HR Coordinator for our South Carolina facilities. The role provides HR support across multiple sites, including payroll and benefits processes, performance reviews, onboarding, and audits.

You will train junior HRCs, assist with terminations, background checks, and generate ad-hoc reports. The position offers competitive rewards and growth within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with HR experience requested.
• Experience overseeing payroll audits and benefits programs.
• Experience onboarding and conducting background checks.

Responsibilities

• Performs HR support duties for a medium sized facility or multiple small facilities.
• Trains junior HRCs.
• Audits payroll, benefits, and HR programs; recommends corrective action.
• Assists with terminations.
• Assists with the performance review process (annual cycles).
• Assists with submitting online investigation requests and background checks.
• Generates ad-hoc reports and supports benefit open enrollment.
• Supports two additional sites remotely.
• Provides process improvement feedback to Lead HRC or management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
