Job summary

Reedy River Post Acute in Greenville, SC, is seeking a detail-oriented HR/Payroll Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement. This full-time role focuses on delivering a positive employee experience from hire to retention.

You will coordinate recruiting, manage onboarding, assist with payroll (Workday preferred), handle records, and help with employee relations in a 124-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

Qualifications

• Prior HR experience required (healthcare or skilled nursing preferred).
• PBJ experience required.
• Experience with payroll processing (Workday preferred).
• Strong recruiting and onboarding experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Passion for creating a great employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting efforts, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Manage and execute new hire onboarding and orientation processes
• Support payroll functions (Workday experience preferred)
• Assist with accounts payable and invoice filing
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with employee relations and engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Provide a positive and welcoming experience for all candidates and new hires
