Isaiah House in Kentucky, a nonprofit, Christ-centered addiction recovery organization, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to strengthen recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.

You will support employee relations, benefits, compliance, and HR recordkeeping, while helping maintain a professional, mission-driven workplace and providing excellent service to staff and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in HR.
• 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources role.
• Proven proficiency with HRIS platforms, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite; ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with discretion and confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and applicant communication.
• Support new-hire onboarding, including paperwork, background checks, orientation, and HRIS entry.
• Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files, recruiting records, and employee information.
• Assist with employee questions, benefits administration, compliance activities, and other HR functions as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Director and help ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.
