Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• At least 1 year of HR experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle sensitive information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer HR and operations support activities.
• Manage recruitment processes and employee relations in line with policy.
• Maintain HR office area, equipment, files and records.
• Handle intake, prescreening, and scheduling of interviews and onboarding.
• Draft offers and new hire paperwork; ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
