Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Three and one-half (3-1/2) years of professional HR work experience in HR management functions.
• Experience in labor relations functions such as collective bargaining, grievances, or interpreting agreements.

Responsibilities

• Performs the most difficult HR work independently and furnishes advisory services for complex or dynamic organizations.
• Serves as a specialist, consultant and troubleshooter in HR functions.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
