Job summary

SEMO Milling in Scott City, MO, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support a range of HR duties in a full-time capacity. The role reports to the Human Resources Manager and features a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Ideal candidates will have HR experience and familiarity with ADP. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to support hiring, onboarding, and employee relations at the Scott City facility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years HR experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and pre-employment testing.
• Schedule orientations and prepare new hire files and packets.
• Enter new hires into ADP system and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with payroll backup and HR reports.
• Coordinate employee events and meetings.
