Job summary

Farm Credit Southeast Missouri, Central Office, is seeking a full-time Human Resource Associate. This role provides administrative support to the HR department across benefits, hiring, payroll, training, and other key HR areas, while assisting with recruitment and onboarding and maintaining accurate employee records.

The ideal candidate should be highly customer service oriented, with strong Microsoft Office skills and solid administrative/telephone communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Must be customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and administrative/telephone communication skills.
• Two years or more of college or a BS in Business, Finance or HR is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support to the HR department across benefits, hiring, payroll, training and other HR areas.
