Job summary

Hugo Enterprises LLC is seeking an HR Coordinator to join the HR Business Partner team as an individual contributor. You will handle recruiting, onboarding, benefits, policy administration, and compliance across multiple entities in a fast-paced environment.

The role is onsite at Omaha, NE, with potential collaboration across Littleton, CO. Ideal candidates have 3+ years HR experience and familiarity with Paychex HRIS, plus a degree in HR or related field.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR-related experience.
• Experience with an HRIS (Paychex preferred).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required; Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of HR compliance requirements (e.g. I-9, record-keeping, labor law postings).
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and learning new software tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in a multi-entity environment.
• Interest in pursuing an HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings across recruiting platforms and track candidates through the hiring process.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with hiring managers and candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding tasks for new hires and support offboarding processes.
• Assist with benefits enrollment, open enrollment, and payroll support over time.
• Maintain policy documents, employee handbooks, and confidential files; sort mail for multiple entities.
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and keep labor law postings current.
