Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products Syracuse is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support HR and Safety, assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training coordination, and maintain accurate employee records. This role partners with the HR and EHS teams to ensure smooth daily operations and policy adherence in a manufacturing setting.

You will help with pre-employment screenings, onboarding logistics, and HR documentation while contributing to a positive employee experience at the Chittenango

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience considered for strong candidates.
• Prior Talent Acquisition or HR experience; training or presentation experience a plus.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting & onboarding: post openings, track applicants, schedule interviews.
• Training & safety: coordinate trainings, prepare materials, ensure compliance.
• HR admin: maintain personnel files, respond to policy inquiries, support payroll docs.
• General: maintain confidentiality and support employee engagement initiatives.
