JBS Foods in Colorado is seeking an HR Coordinator to manage new hire entry and document control, while supporting benefits, payroll, and employee inquiries. The role requires strong organization, communication, and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

The position follows standard business hours (8:00am–5:00pm) with some Saturday/Sunday hours as needed. You will work on-site, handling routine HR tasks, and contributing to a compliant and efficient HR operation.

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to multi-task and pay attention to details.
• Self-starter and very organized.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and general office software.

• Enters new hires in Human Resources.
• Ensure proper copies of documents are in place.
• Perform various duties to ensure efficiency.
• Handle insurance issues with vendors and employees.
• Process and request sick pay.
• Respond to employee problems, questions, and concerns.
• General office procedures including answering phone calls and filing.
