Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative and customer service support to the HR department. The role supports recruiting events, onboarding, training, and other HR initiatives, while maintaining confidentiality and HR records.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of related experience, and strong MS Office skills. Bilingual Spanish is preferred and English is required. On-site work at Palm Springs area locations is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year administrative, customer service, human resources, or related experience.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with HRIS systems preferred.
• English communication required; bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative, operational, and customer service support to the HR department.
• Assists with recruiting, onboarding, training, events, and other HR initiatives.
• Maintains records, department documentation, and HR system.
• Prepares reports, correspondence, and other HR materials.
• Supports HR department projects, programs and activities; including recruiting events.
