Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience.
• Minimum 2 years administrative experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of HR laws and HR processes.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll functions.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR admin support for recruitment, onboarding and benefits.
• Maintain employee records in HRIS and prepare reports.
• Assist in leave administration and respond to inquiries.
• Support employee relations and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and update HR documents.
• Coordinate office supplies and vendor services.
