Job summary

Parker Hannifin Hudson, NH site is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support employee relations, talent management and people analytics. This role will interact with all levels of the organization and report to the US HR Leader.

The Generalist will assist with onboarding, recruitment, records maintenance in HRIS and payroll-related data, benefits administration, employee engagement, and site-level events, while upholding confidentiality and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0-2+ years of HR or Administrative experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in MS Office; PeopleSoft a plus.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding processes and orientation.
• Support recruitment activities and candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
• Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment.
• Support engagement initiatives and coordinate site events.
• Contribute to investigations or disciplinary documentation as needed.
• Prepare reports on headcount, attendance, recruiting, and audits.
• Ensure HR policies are followed and escalate issues as needed.
• Handle ad-hoc requests.
