Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in HR administration or a similar large-scale administrative role.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and Workday experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics.
• Act as a primary HR resource for venue team members.
• Assist with HR programs and initiatives, including training coordination.
