The role includes maintaining HR records, tracking training, and supporting department leaders with upcoming trainings. A HS diploma is required; an associate degree is preferred and up to one year HR experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Up to one year of human resources experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolves a wide variety of general questions for facility staff, providing routine information to visitors, callers, and employees with knowledge of HR processes.
• Assist with recruitment events and job fairs.
• Process new hires regarding pre-employment steps and schedule orientation, ensuring onboarding documents are completed.
• Ensure preparedness for new hire orientations and facilitate the orientation schedule.
• Maintain HR records and assist with periodic audits of HR files.
• Track employee training records and send reminders to department leaders about upcoming trainings.
• Other related duties as assigned.
