Job summary

Epworth Villa in Oklahoma is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for the HR department. You will be the primary contact for employees, applicants, and visitors, handling benefits, onboarding, HRIS, and records with confidentiality.

In a fast-paced environment, you will help with Paycom, maintain accurate records, support onboarding with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, and assist with HR projects and communications.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of HR administrative or related experience.
• Associate degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with HRIS.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR point of contact for employees, applicants, and visitors.
• Maintain accurate employee records and required documentation in Paycom and other HR systems.
• Support benefits administration, onboarding, vendor coordination, and record maintenance.
• Assist with HR projects, reporting, audits, and process improvements.
• Provide administrative support to the Director of Human Resources.
