Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HR administrative experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience with JD Edwards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new hire onboarding, background checks, and benefits guidance.
• Maintain personnel records and data in HR systems.
• Schedule interviews, meetings, and travel for HR and operations.
• Provide general HR support and answer employee inquiries with discretion.
