Job summary

B&G Foods Inc. is seeking a Production Coordinator to support operations management in the United States.

The role involves determining weekly staffing from the production schedule and posting overtime, maintaining logs, updating KPI boards, and supporting audits and Kaizen events. Ideal candidates have experience as a Production Coordinator, strong written and spoken communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Production Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of basic office management principles.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine weekly staffing from the production schedule.
• Assign and post overtime schedule.
• Maintain/input/review call-in logs.
• Update daily/weekly/monthly KPI boards.
• Maintain KPI spreadsheets.
• Assist in scheduling Kaizen events and plant training.
• Assist with scheduled audits (Safety/quality/GMP).
• Assist with maintaining and ordering non-inventory supplies.
• Assist in annual physical inventories.
• Create and distribute downtime reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly).
• Report unsafe acts and conditions to supervision.
