Wyandot USA LLC in Marion, OH is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. You will support employees, coordinate HR operations, and help drive people initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As HR Coordinator, you will handle recruitment, onboarding, records maintenance, benefits, payroll support, and HR reporting. You will work closely with the HR Manager to implement policies, maintain compliance, and improve processes across the site.

Competenze

• Associate degree in HR, business admin, or a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years HR experience required; manufacturing experience a plus.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll processes, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and pre-employment requirements.
• Manage onboarding and new hire orientation, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
• Maintain employee records, HRIS information, and confidential personnel documentation.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, open enrollment, and employee benefits communications.
• Assist with payroll processing by reviewing employee changes and attendance records.
• Serve as a resource for employees and supervisors regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate leave administration, including FMLA documentation and workers’ compensation processes.
• Assist with employee relations activities, attendance management, and corrective action documentation.
• Coordinate employee training, development activities, and required certifications.
• Support labor relations activities, including grievance documentation and union-related processes.
• Prepare HR reports, maintain compliance records, and assist with audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and overall department efficiency.
• Support the HR Manager with special projects and HR initiatives.
