• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years HR or related experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a first point of contact for HR questions regarding policies, benefits, payroll, attendance, and programs.
• Assist in resolving routine employee concerns and elevate complex issues to HR leadership.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events.
• Foster positive employee relations and open communication.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires and ensure required documentation.
• Support payroll processing and benefits enrollment.
• Maintain HRIS data and personnel records; ensure confidentiality.
• Assist with audits and record retention; ensure regulatory compliance.
