Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field with 2–5 years HR experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HRIS software and Microsoft Office; SHRM-CP/PHR a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish self as a ‘go to’ HR person for managers and employees.
• Partner with local management on employment matters and company-wide HR activities.
• Drive recruitment for hourly positions following established processes.
• Process hires, transfers, promotions and other employment transactions.
• Stay current on state and federal employment laws and company policies.
• Share information to improve supervisory effectiveness and work environment.
• Deploy training and assist employees/managers on policies and processes.
