Job summary

Lippert is a leading global manufacturer and supplier serving the RV, marine, automotive, commercial vehicle and building products industries. This HR role supports data management, recruitment and employee file integrity on a full-time basis in Sterling Heights, MI.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems, with local travel as needed and a standard Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining facility spreadsheets.
• Prepares and maintains employee files.
• Enters data into HRIS system ensuring the accuracy of information.
• Processes new-hire, status change and termination paperwork.
• Processes and administers leave of absence requests and disability paperwork.
• Participates in recruitment and interview processes.
• Files papers and documents into employee files and performs audits as necessary.
