Qualifications

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
• Ability to successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including background checks and E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and hiring support, including job postings, applicant screening, interview coordination, and onboarding activities
• New hire orientation and employment documentation
• Personnel file maintenance and employment verifications
• Benefits enrollment support and open enrollment administration
• Payroll support, including wage garnishments and payroll review activities
• HR reporting, recordkeeping, and compliance activities
• Special projects, process improvement initiatives, and general HR support
• Front desk administrative support as needed
