Job summary

GO-HR is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support HR, recruiting, administrative, and client services in a fast-paced professional services setting. The role offers growth within HR and requires discretion, strong communication, and multi-stakeholder collaboration.

The position starts around 25 hours per week with potential to grow to full-time, and will be primarily on-site during training, with a move to hybrid work after training. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of HR experience or advanced HR education in lieu of work experience.
  • Pursuing or earned degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of general HR practices and how they apply to various businesses preferred.
  • Interest in small business and entrepreneurship strongly preferred.
  • Strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Support client recruiting activities including drafting job descriptions and postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating assessments.
  • Monitor recruiting sites and active postings and assist with HR audits.
  • Provide general HR guidance to clients under senior staff direction.
  • Create HR documents, templates, guidelines, and resources as directed.
  • Organize and maintain employee and HR files for clients, digitally and on-site.
