Job summary

Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking an HR Coordinator to support both Dayton and Cincinnati locations, overseeing HR functions for a combined team of under 100 employees.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, at least 1 year HR experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, HR metrics, strong communication skills, and familiarity with payroll basics and databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR required
• 1+ year HR experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated experience with HR metrics
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of HR databases and data entry
• Payroll processing knowledge a plus
• Basic medical office/health agency knowledge

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for Dayton & Cincinnati locations
• Travel between Dayton and Cincinnati locations
• Implement HR policies and initiatives
• Manage employee relations and resolve issues
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain HR records and payroll data
• Ensure legal compliance with HR regulations
• Oversee performance management and benefits administration
