Job summary

You will handle employment record events in Workday, draft offer letters and related documents, conduct exit interviews, and assist with performance management. The position emphasizes QA audits, ad hoc reporting, and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review reports, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
• Plan and execute employment record events in Workday (new hires, promotions, terminations).
• Produce offer letters, non-compete agreements, and other employment documents.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze data for trends and action planning.
• Support Senior Manager of HR with performance management matters.
• Complete QA audits to ensure HR SOPs are followed.
• Provide ad hoc reporting to internal clients as required.
• Respond to internal and external HR inquiries and provide assistance.
• Maintain and develop communication materials (SharePoint).
• Conduct case information entry in various systems and handle document scanning.
