This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee records, and compliance, with mentorship from a Senior HR leader.

The position is on-site at our New Braunfels home office, with exposure to Paylocity, Employee Navigator, and other HR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or hands-on HR exposure.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy are essential.
• Discretion and professionalism with confidential information.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and learning new HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and onboarding: manage postings, candidate communications, interview scheduling, and onboarding in HR systems.
• Benefits administration: manage enrollments, communications, and reconcile carrier invoices.
• Employee records and HR administration: handle promotions, transfers, pay changes, terminations, and audits.
• Employee relations and compliance: support investigations, notices, and policy updates.
• Manager and department support: be the first HR system contact for managers and assist with audits and projects.
