Job summary

KaVo Dental | North America in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Human Resource Coordinator to support end-to-end recruiting and onboarding across the U.S. and Canada.

This onsite role is full-time, with hybrid options on Mondays and Fridays, and offers a compensation range of USD 55,000–65,000 per year. You will partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to improve workflows, enhance the candidate experience, and support workforce planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws including I-9, E-Verify, and EEO.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, screening, scheduling, offers and career fairs.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to improve workflows and workforce planning.
• Manage onboarding for new hires, including pre-employment screenings, orientation, documentation, and system access.
• Support HR compliance by maintaining alignment with laws, postings, and records.
• Act as first point of contact for employee HR questions and guidance on policies.
• Coordinate community outreach programs, career fairs, and employee engagement events.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
