Job summary

Franklin Dental Care & Dentures is seeking a full-time HR support specialist to manage recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations across a high-volume clinic and nonprofit outreach division. You’ll ensure documentation is accurate, processes are consistent, and systems are properly configured before new hires start.

Qualifications

• Grit, reliability, coachability and professionalism are the screening priorities.
• Prior HR, administrative, or office-coordination experience is preferred.
• Comfortable learning multiple software systems and platforms.
• Strong written communication and documentation is essential.
• Available for a full, consistent weekly schedule.
• HR coursework, a degree, or a certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: post openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and maintain scorecards.
• Run onboarding: assemble packets, route documents, and set up systems before start date.
• Maintain compliance records: I-9, background checks, HIPAA/OSHA training.
• Support day-to-day employee relations and document performance discussions.
• Assist with offboarding and ensure timely access removal across HR systems.
• Keep HR documentation organized in Google Drive.
