Job summary

You will assist with onboarding, benefits enrollment, and maintain employee data integrity while ensuring HR compliance through audits and documentation. Join a dynamic HR team and contribute to process improvements, HR systems testing, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1+ year of related HR experience.
• Strong Excel skills with VLOOKUP and basic data handling.
• Good customer service and HR support abilities.
• Fundamental knowledge of HRIS, compliance, and data management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for HR inquiries via phone, email, and Workday Help.
• Assist with onboarding, benefits enrollment, and maintaining data integrity.
• Support compliance activities including I-9 audits and labor law poster updates.
• Identify issues and share insights to improve HR processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams on HR system testing and support tasks.
