TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide local HR support and be the face of the HR office. You will guide employees to the correct self-service portal or HR service center, and support HRBP teams with data collection and coordination of information.

You will also help with local tasks and onboarding activities. Responsibilities include coordinating orientation, maintaining local hiring processes, assisting with compliance

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1+ years of relevant HR experience required

Aufgaben

• Provide local HR support to employees and act as the face of the HR office
• Guide employees seeking HR transactional support to the correct self-service portal or HR service center
• Support the HR Business Partner team and managers in collecting and coordinating information
• Assist with local tasks not handled by the HR service center
• Help with local employee engagement, service awards and community events
• Support implementation of department or facility action plans from engagement survey results
• Maintain local hiring processes by posting jobs, organizing onsite interviews, and updating job descriptions
• Coordinate local orientation programs and assist with content delivery
• Support compliance initiatives by gathering information for audits
• Maintain learning and development activities at the facility
• Manage benefits enrollment by conducting information sessions and directing employees to resources
• Assist managers with salary and incentive planning processes
• Aid employees returning from Leaves of Absence or Workers’ Comp inquiries
