Job summary

HCA Healthcare's TriStar division is seeking a Recruiter to support a designated line of business, manage requisitions, and deliver and negotiate offers to top talent.

You will conduct intake meetings with hiring managers, source candidates, maintain applicant data, and participate in job fairs and events. 3+ years of recruiting experience and relocation to TriStar markets in TN or KY are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruiting
• Healthcare Recruiter experience would be helpful
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Significant and direct experience in recruiting will be considered in lieu of a Bachelors degree
• Must reside in or willing to relocate to a TriStar market, TN or KY
