Bill Jacobs Motorsport Holdings is seeking an HR Coordinator to oversee recruiting from opening through first day and to support daily HR operations. You will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer and balance recruiting judgment with accurate HR administration.

You will manage end-to-end recruiting, evaluate applicants, support onboarding, maintain records, and assist with HR communications and performance coordination. This onsite role is based in Naperville, IL.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR or recruiting experience with end-to-end process ownership.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and managing competing priorities.
• HRIS and ATS experience; Paylocity familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting coordination from opening to first day.
• Evaluate applicants using job-related criteria and support onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist HR communications.
• Coordinate performance review activities and HR projects as needed.
• Support pre-employment steps such as background checks and screenings.
