Bill Jacobs Motorsport is seeking an HR Coordinator to manage recruitment from opening of a position through the candidate’s first day and to support our day-to-day HR operations. You will assess candidates, partner with dealership hiring managers, recommend candidate selections and starting pay, and help new employees transition into the organization.

Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will combine sound recruiting judgment with accurate, responsive HR administration.

Qualifikationen

• Two or more years of HR or recruiting experience.
• Experience assessing candidates, partnering with hiring managers, and managing competing recruiting priorities; benefits administration experience preferred.
• HRIS and ATS experience; Paylocity preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and verbal/written communication; ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and provide proactive updates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); Canva experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.

• Manage the talent acquisition process from position opening through the candidate’s first day.
• Determine recruiting and sourcing strategies, create and maintain postings, and monitor effectiveness.
• Review applications, conduct initial phone screens, and advance candidates to interviews.
• Evaluate candidates with criteria, partner with managers and recommend selections.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation; audit HRIS setup and files.
• Process employee changes, transfers, and maintain confidential records.
• Assist with benefits administration and HR communications.
