Responsibilities

• Develop and implement positive employee relations initiatives to improve engagement, communications, and retention.
• Organize and maintain department files for hires, changes, and documentation.
• Communicate and apply HR processes, policies, procedures, and programs.
• Support HRIS processes and ensure accurate record keeping and reporting.
• Assist in day-to-day HR operations to support department and organizational goals.
