Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide comprehensive human resources support to our Distribution Center team in Georgia. This role focuses on payroll support, employee relations, and compliance with Federal and State laws in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate will hold an Associate degree, have HR knowledge, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Bilingual abilities are a strong plus; on-site work with typical retail hours is required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Background & understanding of HR principles.
• Ability to be cross-trained and back up other coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Process time-sensitive HR data entry, uploads and HRIS transactions.
• Prepare new hire orientation materials and complete onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain and ensure compliance on associate information and documentation.
• Support DC initiatives, events, and respond to daily associate inquiries.
• Advise Managers on interpretation and administration of HR policies.
• Act as liaison between associates and Corporate Benefits.
• Coordinate FMLA, LOA, Workers Comp claims and related paperwork.
• Support additional HR projects as needed.
