Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring an HR Coordinator to support the Distribution Center team with HR processes, policy interpretation, and benefits coordination.

The role emphasizes accuracy in HRIS data, new hire onboarding, and compliance across federal and state laws. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule, with benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and an associate discount.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Background & understanding of basic Human Resources principles.
• Ability to be cross-trained and back up coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Process time-sensitive HR data entry, uploads, exports, and requests in HRIS.
• Prepare new hire orientation materials and conduct onboarding.
• Manage and ensure compliance on associate information and documentation.
• Assist Managers on interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate FMLA, LOA, and Workers' Comp paperwork.
• Support HR projects as needed.
