Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handles day-to-day HR transactions and assists the field operations as needed.
• Supports the administration of human resources policies, procedures and programs; responds to inquiries.
• Helps to coach and educate managers on maintaining a legally-compliant workplace.
• Maintains compliance with state and federal laws; updates forms and policies with the Home Office.
• Ensure wage-hour compliance and proper signing of hours by managers.
• Maintain HRIS employee records and benefits inquiries within the region.
• Assist with training, safety, wellness and employee communications for the region.
