Qualifikationen

• Two-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in human resources and/or payroll.
• Experience with HRIS/HCM systems; ADP Workforce Now a plus.

• Facilitate onboarding for all hires and coordinate workspace assignments.
• Support training activities, including scheduling and tracking certifications.
• Assist Talent Acquisition with interviews, events, and candidate outreach.
• Manage benefits questions and assist open enrollment.
• Provide HRIS system support and maintain HR records with confidentiality.
• Support payroll processing and job-site reporting as needed.
• Collaborate with HR team on events and engagement initiatives.
