Position Summary
The HR Coordinator will have a strong focus on recruiting, and will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and operational tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and compliance.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Draft and posts across internal and external job boards.
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and background checks.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews.
- Manage candidate communications to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Schedule interviews, liaise with interview panels, and collect feedback.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Assist in developing sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Track recruitment metrics and generate regular reports on hiring progress
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date and accurate.
- Assist with coordination of HR events, training sessions, and performance review processes.
- Respond to general employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Help ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and company policies.
- Support the HR team with audits, reporting, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with discretion.
- Recruit for multiple locations, entities, and countries.

Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting for HR support role required.
- 2-5 years of experience of HR Coordinating perferred
- Familiarity with HR software and sourcing platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
This position is 100% on-site at our West Hollywood, CA office.
