A leading company is seeking an HR Coordinator based in Irvine, CA. This role involves supporting various HR functions including new hire orientations, managing HRIS data, and communicating changes to the Payroll department. POSITION HIGHLIGHTS: Our HR Coordinator will be responsible for providing support in functional areas of the Human Resources department, including conducting new hire orientations, HRIS data entry, personnel filing, and communicating employee status changes to payroll. Acts as the primary point of contact for the HR Solution Center. Performs all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state, and local laws, wherein the Company operates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate degree, preferred
One (1) or more years of related HR work experience, required
Familiarity with Excel, preferred
