We are seeking a performance-driven individual with innovative ideas to join our Human Resources Department as a Human Resources Coordinator.
The HR Coordinator supports the facility's human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, orientation, employment processing, records management, data integrity, unemployment correspondence, and employee activities and training.
Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Clerical, computer skills, and excellent customer service skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other office software is necessary.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills are essential. Attention to detail for accurate documentation and database management in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a must.
