Job summary

Northbrook Rehabilitation Center is actively seeking an HR Coordinator to support employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day human resources operations. The role requires confidentiality, organization, and attention to detail for daily success.

This full-time, daytime position in Cedar Rapids offers $22–$25 per hour with daily pay available, a benefits package, and a collaborative environment focused on the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring and onboarding as the Human Resources Coordinator.

• Assist with day-to-day human resources operations and employee needs.

The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting employees throughout the employee lifecycle while helping maintain accurate records and HR processes. As a HR Coordinator, confidentiality, organization, and attention to detail are essential to daily success.
