Job summary

Mercy Medical Center in Aurora, IL seeks an HR Coordinator to manage the full onboarding cycle, employee status changes, separations, and HR operational administrative duties on a on-site, full-time basis.

Responsibilities include maintaining licensure and certification reports to ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory standards, and processing evaluations while keeping personnel records up to date.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years minimum of HR experience required.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills required.
• Microsoft Office skills required.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $23.00 to $33.31. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
