WEX is seeking a Director, HRBP to serve as an executive-level people strategist for the Corporate organizations. Reporting to the VP of Business Excellence & Strategic HRBP Partnerships, the role shapes workforce capability, talent density, and agility.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a large global organization.
• Ability to leverage data-driven insights to influence business decisions.
• Experience leading restructures and M&A activity.

Responsibilities

• Executive Advisory & Coaching to ELT and SLT members, influencing leadership decisions.
• Lead macro-level organizational design initiatives to improve cross-functional velocity.
• Translate AI initiatives into workforce design, role evolution, and upskilling strategies.
• Drive large-scale change management, restructures, and corporate integrations.
• Design and execute data-backed talent strategies to strengthen leadership pipelines.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to tailor enterprise programs.
• Combine metrics and market trends to address org capacity and talent retention.
