The Mosaic Company is seeking an EBS HR Operations Representative to join our Hybrid team in Lithia, FL. You will provide senior-level employee service, resolve complex HR transactions, and support policies and programs across the Mosaic organization.

Responsibilities include handling ServiceNow and Workday tasks, onboarding, benefits, and payroll preparation, while maintaining data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely communication with stakeholders.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources/business administration preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience required.
• Excellent telephone communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with employees at all levels within the organization across Mosaic.
• 5+ years of HR/payroll administrative or supporting role experience.
• Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and judgement skills & ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
• Strong customer service skills, including meeting quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Process advanced HR transactions via ServiceNow and Workday with quality and timeliness.
• Provide secondary support for onboarding, tuition reimbursement, badging, union updates.
• Perform more advanced transactions as training level and business needs dictate.
• Process benefit plan enrollment forms and leaves documentation.
• Educate people leaders and prepare payroll information before time closure.
• Enter inquiries and documents into the case management system for seamless handoffs.
• Backup handling of calls, voicemails, and converting to tickets.
• Manage incoming tickets in the HRC Queue and route to appropriate HR service.
• Review and update stakeholders with timely status, guidance, and information.
