Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• 5+ years of HR/payroll administrative or customer service experience.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and judgment skills.
• Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Process advanced HR transactions through ServiceNow tickets and Workday inbox items with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide secondary support for onboarding requirements, tuition reimbursement, badging, and timecard issues.
• Assist with terminations, job changes, leaves, and job profile updates across US and CA.
• Educate people leaders and employees on self-service tools and Mosaic HR processes.
• Prepare and send required information to Payroll before closing of time and attendance.
• Enter all inquiries and documents into the case management system for seamless handoffs.
• Support audits, SOP updates, and ad hoc HR projects as needed.
