Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answers and responds to inquiries regarding questions, concerns, and status updates supporting recruitment, compensation, employee relations and benefits.
• Performs data entry in appropriate applications utilizing established practices; ensures information accuracy and approvals.
• Provides reception duties including greeting customers, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.
• Maintains databases and tracks information for reporting purposes.
• Assists with departmental projects such as Open Enrollment, benefits, recruitment fairs, performance evaluations, and other assignments.
