The role supports recruitment, compensation, employee relations, and benefits, handling data entry, document management, and reception duties while ensuring confidentiality and high-quality service.

The Human Resources Representative serves as the first point of contact for the health system relating to human resources related inquires. This role provides requested information or takes appropriate action to resolve, refer, or elevate issues to appropriate team members for resolution; and is accountable for the high-quality service provided by the HR Shared Services department.
High School Diploma or GED.

Minimum 2 years of related experience.
Independent judgment in making minor decisions where alternatives are limited and standard policies/protocols have been established.
Works directly with patients and/or customers. Works with internal/external customers via telephone or face to face interaction. Works with other healthcare professionals and staff.
